WAIVER Sunday, October 27th, 2002 - 1 pm Waiver and Release of Liability Form I am participating in this race at my own risk and waive all claims of every nature against the Race Organizers, XSNRG Running Club, its executive, the City of Toronto, the City of Toronto Parks and Recreation, Ontario Roadrunners Association and all other associations, sponsoring companies and sanctioning bodies, in respect to any personal loss or damage, illness, bodily injury or death resulting from participating in the race, or caused by third parties during the race. I understand the physical risk and rigors of running and have prepared myself physically for it. I assume the risk of running on or near the roads and on trails and forested areas. By signing below I acknowledge having read understood and agreed to this waiver and release of liability. |
